A rebuilt motor wouldn't make a lot of sense due to its age and condition.
If the seller does not know what to do, I would contact them through Amazon since they have probably already had other people ask them
If you wish, you may use it for anything. As long as the purpose is only to pick up the lens, and the lens isn't too heavy, I see no reason not to. A suction cup is attached to the ends of the stick to make this tool.
The last thing I want. These will barely stay attached to the valves due to the suction. In order to remove center caps, it is most appropriate to use a small suction dent puller or to remove the wheels and tap the center caps from the inside, which is usually how these caps are designed to

Not much to report. This is what I used to lap valves in a Jeep engine. The intakes were about 1 inch high. The exhaust was 75 pounds and the 75 pounds were With a large cup on a large lapping tool, the intakes did not get jammed, however, these are poorly designed and can result in hand cramps. It would be much more effective if the wooden handles had a larger diameter. In the event that they had a rubber cover over the handle, the same applies. It was utilized on the exhaust valves, but the rubber is too stiff for it to perform to its full capacity because of the larger cup on the smaller tool. It is necessary for the rubber to be less dense than the present design for the smaller tool to work well.
The new valve seats needed to be ground into the seats for a Briggs engine and I thought these would be the perfect tool for the job. A slow speed setting on a drill connected to the valve stem allowed me to grind the valve into the paste. I had to give up and use a vacuum on the valve head to do the job. According to these, they failed to live up to their claims.
I was wrong about the sticks being plastic, they are genuine wood fire starter sticks. In terms of the cups, they do not fit a flat head Ford valve or Alice-Chalmers D15 valve. Is it possible to use these This was not the case on the flat head since one cup was hanging off the intake, and it would not fit the exhaust. The next cup down was too small to start a fire. They are better suited to single piston engines that are much smaller than these. In other words, for those of you who are busy midnight wrenching on a SBF BBF SBC BBC, this won't get you to race day, or a Saturday night cruise.
I watched a lot of videos that showed the different tools that were used to port heads, then I tried to use a C & D In the end, it all comes down to this little hand tool, which makes all my hard work With out this tool, porting and polishing will all be a waste of time.
I think whoever designed these needs to realize that friction is not held rotationally by suction cup. As a result of attaching velcro to the largest stick and to the bottom of each valve, I was able to get the exhaust valves to lap somewhat successfully. Valve adhesion is improved when the valves are clean (not pictured)!.
This product has a specific purpose for which I bought it. In my kitchen I'm using this tool to replace a few blinking light bulbs that need to be reset. To replace some burnt out light bulbs, I was unable to grasp the sides of the light bulbs, but this product made it much easier for me to get rid of the old bulbs and to install the new ones. I did not intend for this tool to be used for this , but it worked fine. For helping replace reset light bulbs, this book is highly recommended.
Not a good idea. Seeing as I did not use the tools as soon as I received them, I did not notice. Having needed the tools for the job, I found them bent when the job moved forward. I was not able to do anything else at the time, since the job had to be completed immediately. With a substandard tool, the work took twice as long as it did with a superior As of now, I can't do anything about It's true what they say about China junk you get what you pay for.
This was purchased so that it could be repaired. The value for the money is great, and the product works as advertised. Some of the other post users have mentioned that it loses suction a lot but a little lube on the cups helps. With an old l-head Briggs, I was able to get the compression up to 150 psi by using this sealant.
