Yes, the hose threads in without the need for an adapter; I've used it on a few Camrys and 4Runners with no problems.
Sorry, I'm not sure because I've never used it, but I assume the standard sizes are available if needed.
Yes, it is possible for you to do so. Note that mpg varies depending on a variety of factors such as driving habits, tire pressure, spark plug efficiency, and gas quality.
I'm a small engine mechanic, so I'm sure I'll be able to help you out. This will work perfectly for your needs if you use a 2 stroke and a 4 stroke combination.

I bought an outboard motor that wasn't working properly and decided to repair it so that I could use it on a small boat. The compression was the first thing I wanted to look at. My old compression gauge had stopped working after being submerged in water several years ago, so I decided to purchase a new one. I bought this inexpensive gauge because I don't need it very often. My first blunder was to do so. I got this gauge and used it to test the outboard motor, but both cylinders only had 30 psi compression. I decided to rebuild the engine because the compression was so low, and after taking it apart, I discovered that the head gasket, pistons, rings, and other components appeared to be in excellent condition, with almost no wear. So I installed a new head gasket and used my new compression gauge to check the compression once more. 30 psi gave me the same result as before. Then I went to Autozone and borrowed a compression tester from their Loan-A-Tool program. The program is a tool. I retested the motor, and the compression was now 110 psi. I double-checked with my new gauge, which read 30 psi once more. I was thinking about scraping the outboard because I assumed the engine block was cracked or had other issues that prevented it from compressing. I'm glad I double-checked the compression with a trustworthy gauge. This gauge is a waste of time.
This method is ineffective. I had a 0 psi reading on my 4 stroke and assumed something was wrong with it; this was my first time using the kit and, for that matter, my first Amazon review. So, just to make sure, I connected the tool directly to an air compressor, and the needle didn't move. The compressor was set to 20 psi, but the pressure gauge was still at zero. This is garbage, and you should not purchase it.
Finally, a solution that works. The hose on the others I bought was always leaking. I'm not sure about the psi accuracy, but I tried it on two outboard motors and they both tested fine and worked perfectly. If you're looking to buy an outboard, make sure the PSIs are reasonably close to each other, rather than worrying about how high they are.
I found it to be very useful. I don't know how to calibrate it for accuracy, but the cylinders were within the expected range and consistent, which was the goal of the test.
Junk. The hose is useless because air escapes at the quick connect to the gauge, making it inaccurate.
The tool performed admirably on a two-cylinder lawn mower engine. One cylinder is functioning properly, while the other is inoperable. Now it's time to fix the problem.
This tool was easy to use and accurate while riding my ATV.
This is completely false. Don't squander your cash - This metric is a complete waste of time - VERY erroneous.
