Is it possible that this is a wireless system?

Thank you for contacting us with your inquiry! The Steelman 06608 ChassisEAR/EngineEAR II Combination Kit is a wired system, not a wireless one. Six color-coded, super-sensitive microphone clamps are attached to the problem area with 16-gauge cable. Wire leads with a length of 10 feet that can be used to reach any vehicle location.
