The technique works well, but it requires a little finesse

At the time it was on the vehicle, I had to make a 90 degree bend around the fitting. In order to make this tool do the job, you will have to move it down the line in short amounts. During the bend you can't do everything at once. However, there are no kinks in the line, so it also marks up a little.

It's a little disappointing

The bender's fabrication is mediocre, and while it is described as being for brake lines, the packaging says it is for brass lines instead. The way I bent brake lines by hand was far more effective than using a brake machine. I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of the tubing cutter.

They feel and look good, and I am sure they will work well in the barn once I test them. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I like the way they feel and look.

This requires a good grip, which allows the lines to be bent snugly while being held. Couldn't it be a lot easier if there were only tight and tidy bends?.

Bringing junk bender into the light

Please do not purchase, the cutter was placed wrong, then the picture is incorrect, the bender does not work, and the holes do not match. We will send it back as soon as possible.
