All the things about this were wrong. Before I was able to use the clip, I had to rotate the pins to make them fit properly. Despite what I considered to be standard automotive clips, they do not close far enough to get a good bite. I drove over to Harbor Freight and picked up a set after struggling with it for about 30 minutes.
As a matter of fact, I use it for other purposes such as removing stopper rings from air conditioning clutches and pulleys with no problem. I appreciate that you offer such a great product for a low price.
In this kit, there are only a few short tips and there is nothing extra.
While it seems like a great idea, I wasn't able to use it. It started falling apart after several times of use and the ends of the tool also came off at the same time. If you have never tried needlework, I would highly recommend it A pair of nose pliers or other makeshift tool can be used to remove the wheel cylinder.
They worked perfectly for the clutch clip on my AC compressor and I did not have to remove the fan or radiator. I am happy with them.
The quality of the product is very poor. In my opinion, it would be broken by the third one. Nevertheless, it did what it was supposed to do.
Those tips would have been helpful if they had come with more. It was not suitable for what I needed so I had to find something else.
