It claims to be made in the USA, but there is It has all the looks and feel of a budget tool, despite the seller's claim that it's manufactured in the USA

A plastic handle makes the tool top heavy because the weight is absent from the handle. My suspicion is that this tool has a hollow handle, so I might cut it open. This cheap plastic handle is made in the USA, but we couldn't afford to put USA on it. The Chinese tools I own cost $5 and are of higher quality than this one.
