I am very happy with the product quality. The chain and the ring are well coated with an even layer of coating Shackles and quick links can be connected with ease due to the large links on the ends.

This chain offers great value for the price

It is considerably stiffer than I had expected, but I guess it is because of the thick coating. The anchor looks like it will last for a long time. I paired it with an 18-pound coated anchor from Greenfield. Before someone suggested it to me, I didn't think much about it. In addition to the chain's weight, the weight of the anchor helps the anchor go straight down. The gel coat of the boat will also be less likely to scratch. The second anchor setup will likely receive another of these and i have two anchors already.

This is not a flexible product

Having a coating over the entire chain makes the chain seem out of place. There should have been a coating on each link. does not seem to be very flexible since it looks like the whole chain has been dipped in.

The chain we use to lock up our paddle boat is high quality and heavy duty. Even though it is not fully submerged, the chain gets quite wet quite a bit. So far, we have not seen any rust. I am very happy with my purchase. I am updating After being submerged in water for over two years, there are no visible signs of rust or wear. Exactly what I wanted!.
