The new DeWalt 8 inch power tool arrived in the mail this morning. Among the castings are two jaws and a big loop made of heavy duty metal. Problem was that the black bolt somehow became slightly bent during As a result of the bolt bending, I was unable to unscrew the nut, thus allowing me to use the clamp. My 15 year old Craftsman 8 amp saw was up to the task fortunately since I loaded a new DeWalt 8 inch 14/18 tooth blade into it. It took me less than a minute to cut the bolt in half with the zall. After that, I will hop on over to HD or Lowes to purchase a grade 8 (or so) replacement nut & bolt As far as I know, this pulling clamp with the two adjustments I mentioned worked as it should have.
