R1234y and its components are unfamiliar to me.

Will a 134A automotive tank work? To make a 1/4 flare out of a standard 1/4 flare. ?

These adapters will convert home air conditioning to auto air conditioning and vice versa. flare fittings are not recommended.

It was a good price, and it matched the threads on my 134a can tap! When I got them, they would not screw on, despite the fact that they said they would. The threads weren't in the right places. So I was overjoyed when they finally fit!.
