It was a present, so I'm not sure.
It is, in fact, a conversation kit that includes everything from manual to electric locks.
I'm not sure I understand your question. This is the Viper 3305, which comes with two door locks and a viper box.
This is the most affordable option. trust me.

Viper alarm systems are something I would avoid. After installing it and getting everything to work, such as door triggers and door locks, as well as dome light control (when unlocking/disarming the alarm, the dome light comes on for 30 seconds controlled by the alarm), I ran into an issue with the 2 way pager not receiving any status information from the alarm system. Even after I pushed the arm/lock button and the car doors were locked and the alarm was armed, I didn't get any notifications that the alarm had gone off or that the car was armed/locked. It remained in its default notification of car being disarmed even after I pushed the arm/lock button and the car doors were locked and the alarm was armed. The whole point of getting this alarm was to have notification/status on the remote/pager so I'd know if my alarm went off or if my car was armed when I wasn't near it. Fortunately, Amazon and the seller offered me a refund, but I had to pay for shipping back, which cost me 16 dollars.
ALSO: br>After a day in the car, the siren stopped chirping when I turned on the alarm to test it, and there were no chirps at all when arming and disarming it. The only time it chirped was when I was trying to pair the two-way pager in program mode. odd. br>After doing some research, it appears that the Viper 2 way pager system is prone to problems. I wish I had done more research before purchasing this, as I bought it based on Amazon reviews. ((Save yourself a headache by switching to a different brand. )).
The alarm works fine with keyless entry after I purchased actuator relays and wired them up with the help of YouTube. Although the kit includes sensitive motion detection that can be adjusted, it does not include a hood trigger.
On my 1968 Mercury Cougar, it works perfectly. I had it installed at Best Buy and the distance is definitely not a mile.
It's not the first time I've participated in a VIPER. I'd buy it again if the opportunity presented itself.
The alarm system is in good working order and has never caused me any issues. I had it professionally installed because it was fairly simple to use. However, the power locks are inexpensive, and one of them failed after only three weeks of use. I'm just waiting for the other one to fail as well.
br> Viper is unable to save my tools due to the alarm.
This was a gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely adores it.
