Although I don't know what the manufacturer's stated weight limit is, I can tell you the two of us went on a road trip in it together, both 90lbs and 80lbs. It has survived both the trip there and the return trip and has not deflated. Apparently the item is very well made, it really is a great product. It's my pleasure to help.

There is no pump with it, I believe. That wasn't the case with mine.
We had no problems returning the item as long as it is done before the deadline date. Our first order was defective. I requested a replacement and received it within a reasonable timeframe. Service that is second to none.

**UPDATED**. I used it in a tundra and it worked well. To make the back seat big enough for two lg, the trick is to have the back seat elevated. We're dog lovers. This is a quality product at a good price, and it fits behind the front seats of my Subaru Forester at the same level as the back seats, which provides a good barrier between the front and back seats to prevent my dog from falling between them. It is a little difficult to inflate because of the odd valve size, but a bike tire pin can be used to do so. Under inflate it just a bit, pull the front seats forward, insert the cushion, and move the front seats back again to get a snug fit.
Works well, is very cost-effective and easy to inflate, but we used a compressor to fill it. I inflated it a few months ago and it hasn't come down yet. That's why I would strongly recommend it.

It is a very easy to use and clever solution. me a bit of time to fill it, as I did not have a pump of any kind. However, once done and installed in the footwell area, it worked fine.
