There were two orders, one showed up and one did not

We can't find out how we can get a refund or replacement. The update is I called Amazon customer service and after a long and frustrating ordeal with someone in Guatemala I was able to return the item and get a A refund was issued on an Amazon card very quickly, so we ordered a new mattress, which arrived in just a couple The mattress is excellent. It should be accepted that the first mattress never arrived, so I should disregard the return. I am hoping for a quick resolution to this and I won't have to pay.

We are disappointed that the stitching on the mattress is already coming apart from the seams after Returning one week after the deadline is too late. You must beware of Buyer Beware!.

The problem is. It would have been better if it was a lot thicker, especially if the pressure and weight of a person caused it to go The bottom part of the bed is almost in my grasp.
