Questions & Answers

What is the fit of this refill for OEM Acura blades?

In fact, it is perfectly suited for the 2010 RL. There are several items on Amazon's product page that need updating. It is compatible with the Driver Side 28" model PIAA 94070

Is this a 9400 series for some reason? There are no 9400 models listed on the PIAA website, only 9500 models or 9700 models. What kind of old are these?

Refills are part of the 9400 series.

What is the information on the waterproof rain beading fluid refill (like the rain-stopper. Is it possible to install x) onto the windshield like the full assembly?

As far as I remember, it just comes with the refill.

The first few days have been great
5/5

The following are the specifications for my Mazda3 i Touring Hatchback 2013 There was no problem getting the 19" (passenger) PIAA refill into the existing blade, although it was tricky getting the 14" (rear window) PIAA refill into the existing blade due to the stops at both ends of the blade to prevent it As the claws on the existing blade are only 6mm wide, the 8mm wide 24" (driver) PIAA refill did not fit as the claws on the original blade were 8mm wide. I am not sure which In the end, I got a 24" rainfall For $8 you can get an Expert Fit Conventional blade. I bought 50 at Wal****, which was 8mm wide, and the PIAA 24" refill fit perfectly, despite it being As for the other length, Rain, I'm not sure of its width. If you want to use conventional blades, you should check if X Expert fits them. My goal was to find the correct blade to connect the PIAA refill to the caliper, so I brought the caliper to Wal****. You should measure your existing blades first to determine whether they are 6mm or 8mm wide. You should also consider if you will be able to fit refills depending on their length since the refills longer than 24" are 8mm wide and those shorter than 24" are 6mm wide. In this case, you may need a new blade whose width matches that of the refill of the PIAA for the desired length. Use the metal strips from your old blade in the new refill to avoid cutting the metal strips. Cut a longer refill that fits and possibly use the old metal strips in the new refill.

This is a replacement for the wiper blades that came with my GM
5/5

I put it on my 19 inch GM wiper blade and it fits perfectly. It is hard to find replacement wiper blades for my CTS V because it has a funky wiper blade with a spoiler on it. Six millimeters and eight millimeters are the two widths they make. On the driver side of my 22 inch blade, I have an 8mm blade. It takes PIAA until the blade length reaches 24 inches before they go to 8mm width. For the 19-inch blade, both GM and PIAA offer a width of 6mm. It would be nice to get the 22 inch side of the board cut down, but then the metal stiffeners will be able to slide out the end. I may buy a 24 inch piaa blade and cut it down. It will depend on what happens.

By far the best wiper blades on the market
5/5

By far the best wiper blades on the market. Because the enclosed window treatment keeps rain from falling on the window, you won't need to use wipers at all in some light rain. I got PIAA wipers for my wife's new car after she bought new one, and when I drove it in rain, I realized how spoilt I'd become with the ones on my cars, so I bought them for her. The difference between the night and the day. Throughout the winter, we used them with a variety of things, and no issues arose. In my opinion it is expensive but lasts a long time.

I use NuFinish polish in powder form on my screens out of necessity. As it is not a wax but synthetic, it produces good results. A popular wiper treatment is PIAA wiper treatment, as well as RainX.

The 2005 Acura RL
5/5

The wipers on Acura's are really weird, and I have bought a couple of them that said they were for Acura, but ended up not fitting. PIAA wipers for Acura are sworn to by one guy on a blog dedicated to PIAA 94048 and PIAA 94070 are to be remembered. The wiper blades are replaced by removing the arm cover and taking out the two screws holding the blade holder to the wiper arm. I have a 19" and a 24". This screw is on tight, so we highly recommend using a cordless impact screw driver! After the old wipers are removed, you can simply unclip them and push in the new ones and then reverse the steps The blades are very quiet on the window, which is one feature I noticed with these blades. In the absence of As silicone wipers wear in, there is a minor chatter, and when they are worn out, there is a lot of chatter. I have no complaints about these wipers at all and my windshield in winter or summer mode (if you own a RL, you will know) works perfectly. A little bit more expensive but worth it in the end, and.

You should use these
5/5

Those who are. I love it! My 2005 Acura RL needs to replace its passenger wiper, so I bought this. Adding a 28" blade to the driver's side made things even better. was a little bit of work to take out the old one and switch it out with a new one, but it was certainly Their wipes are extremely effective, and water does bead up as per the packaging. It has been noted that some users report that the wiper does not fit correctly or breaks. It is safer to pull the blades through the track rather than pushing them through the metal frame (just keep in mind that once you install it you will understand what I am saying). In an Acura, the blade frame allows the wipers to self-adjust while they wipe. If you bend the frame, they won't move. Oh! There is also a little groove at the very end of the replacement blade to allow it to be locked The blade will break or you will lose it if you push it past there.

Please tell me what type of wiper blade you have
4/5

I am ordering this Piaa 19" x 6mm to install on a 2001 Lincoln that originally came with metal wiper blades as standard equipment. This replacement refill package for Piaa wiper blades states that it is compatible only with Piaa wiper blades. There was nothing wrong with it except for the final part when you press the refill area of one end into the clip on the other end. There is a large cluster that's not designed to fit around the OEM wiper blade was able to make the blade clip work after some reworking, but I didn't think it was worth it to do it again.

The perfect gift for any 2005 or older This 2010 Acura RL is for sale
5/5

Those with 2005-2007 models should read on. A customer with a 2010 Acura RL may find that Amazon's website tells them that this will not fit their vehicle. As far as I was concerned, that was the case. It'll be impossible to find it using an ordinary blade finder, since these cars are fitted with an unusual blade. The refill will, however, fit the passenger's side. This model will also fit many other cars using a 19" blade with this profile, but finding blades for an Acura isn't as easy as with other models. When you are on the driver's side, you should use this.

These wiper blades are far more effective than ordinary Those who use conventional blades complained that they would not clean their passenger side windshields
5/5

That problem has been solved by this silicone blade. The blade stood up to a hard windshield, so I installed it on one side and a conventional blade on the other. This blade is still going strong when the conventional blade started making noise when it was installed. Upon buying a silicone blade for the driver's side of my car, I will be able to remove the dust from my windshield.
