You can use it on both sides, yes.
Yes, it works on both sides; there is a small tab under the arm near the attachment point that you lift to release the arm from the turn point, then lift; it will also fit in the rear wiper location if necessary.
This is a set of YJ windshield wipers. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if the rear wiper on the YJ's hardtop is the same. If the front is the same, it will work; if it isn't, it won't.
I had it installed on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler and it worked perfectly.

This worked perfectly on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler and took less than 30 seconds to install! I took off the other one and pushed this one on, which clipped right in place.
My 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ 4 cylinders was a perfect fit for this. br>Just remember to take the clip off after you've finished installing it so it can stick to the glass.
