needed to use a Zip Tie for the bushings but not for the bushings I replaced. There was a bushing on the bushing The blade was lubricated when it was delivered to me, which made installation easier.
It is not as good as the metal bracket replacement, but it is improved. Nor are they as noisy as they used to be. This is the perfect.
The second to third gear shift was missed 4 out of 5 times at the drag strip, and I got this message. Improved security of the shifter makes it easier to shift at high rpms or for corners. The drive shaft did not have to be lowered during installation, taking less than an hour to complete. It may seem like there is some additional noise transfer, but it is not excessive and it may even be overlooked.
It took maybe 20 minutes to install. Although I am not able to notice a significant difference in shift firmness or accuracy, I think this bushing is of superior quality, fit and function when compared to the stock bushing. Is there any evidence that it was effective? The extra couple of dollars is worth it for the peace of mind.
It tightened everything up, especially when fitted with the Whiteline solid trans mount. The increase in noise and vibration is not that disturbing to me, but it may bother some. The specifications are Those who have the 2013 V6 with the CAI, exhaust, and 3 tires are eligible. The gears are 73 gears, and the tune is Bama race.
There is a noticeable improvement, but it is subtle. With the low cost, it does not make any sense not to buy! If the car is safely parked on ramps or jack stands, installation is pretty straightforward.
By tightening up the shift pattern, the shift feels snappier and has a lot more snap to it. As soon as you take out the old one and hold the new one next to it, you'll understand the importance of doing this easy swap.
It is this bushing that Ford should have used from the beginning. People have said that there is much improved shifting, as some have eloquently put it. As my MT-110 has not been trouble-free as of yet, I can't speak to its ability to fix any prior problems Even though it is an improvement over stock, the 1982 manual gearbox did not have any major issues earlier. Considering it is such a cheap component, I highly recommend you buy it.
There is a TINY increase in NVH, if I am being honest. However, I cannot notice it unless I try really hard. Please include P. This bushing has proven to be effective when used with MTL fluid from Redline. After letting the fluid soak into the synchros for a few weeks (for me, it took about three weeks) it will be silky smooth no matter how out of control the weather is.
