It's best to plug in a battery blanket over night, remove it when you're ready to go, then plug it back in before you depart. Keeping these blankets below zero degrees is the best use of them. Using at temperatures above 32 degrees F is not recommended

I believe these were on the back of the shirt Since I had to wait so long to receive these thermal wraps, I'm happy with them and would definitely purchase them again. They seem to perform well and seem to be warming up nicely.
I was very impressed with the results. During the freezing cold snap I had here this past week, the Tdi was absolutely delighted.
The 80w I purchased is very powerful. It would be wonderful if the 80 watts were the same as the 60 watts. The warmers I use usually have a 60 watt rating. The battery will hopefully not be damaged by the timer setting for the heater to warm up for 3 hours. As soon as I have any issues, I'll update this post.
A month after it was installed, it stopped working. An additional source of power can be provided by the tractor battery.
There is definitely no dispute that these battery warmers deserve 5 stars, but I made a mistake you might want to The two large batteries inside our D7 dozer are being warmed by two battery warmers. After I installed them, the batteries were extremely hot when I got to the farm in the morning. It was unnecessary to install a warmer on each battery since they are located next to each other. If there was only one warmer wrapped around both batteries together half way, the set would have been sufficient. Currently, I don't connect the other one and only plug in 1. I like it very much.
