My apologies for not being able to state my opinion about Quite contrary to what the name suggests, you should NOT use this with Subaru CVT automatics The CVT (continuously variable) provides better shifting due to its reduced friction design. This can be attributed to the fact that SMT clutches require friction to operate well. Before you make any changes to your car, consult your documentation or mechanic.

I am very happy with it! This program has been my go-to utility for 20 years (ER- It began with first generation and has now evolved into SMT This is a second I do too! It is very noticeable how quieter the motor starts as soon as it starts working. Even my two car trailer bearings were soaked in it after I used it on gear boxes, axles and a whole lot more I observed that the temperature went down by 15 degrees in hot weather (using a laser infrared thermometer).
I put all of it into my 6 speed AT transmission, but it didn't work. There is no saving in gas with this. However, I just heard some noise in my car when I accelerated. A rebuilt transmission is not in the cards for me.
It is the best solution I have ever used to treat metals. I was able to get a motor as good as new after using it for my old car.
