The civic life does not interest me
I can only let you know what it fits my 1993 Honda Accord. There is no problem as long as they have the same transmission.
It is best to consult a trusted local professional if you are unsure whether this product would fit your vehicle.
Selected User Reviews For labwork Transmission Lock Up Solenoid 28300-PX4-014/003 Replacement for Honda 4-Cylinder
The majority of the reviews gave these solenoids five stars, which gives me confidence that they're high quality. I did a resistance test on each of the valves as soon as I received the first one. To make sure my old solenoid was secure on my car, I removed the three 10mm screws holding it on and put the new one on. One of the solenoid's resistance was zero, which made me distrustful from the beginning. My key was turned on after I removed the battery and waited 30 seconds for the battery to charge. It was indeed dead out of the box with this "brand new" solenoid. When I ran the code, there was a P1753 error, "Problem in Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Valve Circuit. ". I checked one of the valves to make sure there was no resistance. In only a few hours, I contacted Amazon to have a replacement shipped out to me. My order arrived today and when I opened the box, both valves had zero resistance. This product was dead to begin with. This is the price you pay for a $30 part, I guess.
I found the part covered in transmission fluid in a ziplock bag when I opened the box. Not sure if it was a return part or if it was shipped soaking in transmission fluid. Part looked new and worked, but not sure if it was a return part or a fluid-soaked box.
I think that my Honda 2000 wires were reversed or that this thing was wired backwards but if that's the case, then how was I driving around before.
It was really comfortable, but the clasp didn't work. This unit is likely dead at the time of delivery. After installing the unit, I started to get a code and the transmission would not want to go beyond first gear, almost as if the unit was broken. As it turned out, the gasket was too small to fit well inside the channel, but you should be fine if you are careful about installing it. I took a test probe to the solenoid and found it to be That's too bad.
During the course of the day, I noticed some differences. The Honda Prelude Base 2000 was fitted with this. This is something anyone can do if they are curious. You just have to unbolt the three bolts and unhook the You need to clean the area well and put some silicone on it carefully so that it does not leak.
The original is worse than the edited one. A switch is not made at all for transmission.
Recommendation cannot be made- The wiring was incorrect when it left the factory We are a green and ethical company There was a reversal of yellow wires. It is only my intention to aid in quality control by writing this review. I was satisfied with the returns policy of this company. I just wanted to let you know It was impossible to reverse the wires in the field without damaging the connections.
It fit correctly but didn't solve the problem, so it might not be the part. I have more problems with my electric system.
