I did not have the rubber washers either on my hydrant. The cone shaped packing and the metal washer that you have to dig out of old packing were all I used. I find this to be very useful.
An example of Double D is shown in the diagram below.

The C- I have My 134 hydrant is original to my 1967 house, so I knew I had to be careful since all of the rebuild kits I came across said "new style. ". The number C- is mentioned in my research as the type of part The 134KT bulletin In addition to the oval knob and screw, stem packing and beveled bibb washers, the 807 comes with Prier's oval knob and screw. Hydrants built in 1972 and those built afterward. For example, before 1972 Prier used a 1/4 L gauge beveled bibb washer (the larger of the two. In 1972, Prier introduced a OO gauge beveled bibb washer (the smaller one that was included in the package).
To rebuild my Prier C, I needed all the following items A faucet with the model number 134. The one I have has been leaking for several years (I had to keep it covered off for several years) and is more than 15 years old. My jaw dropped when I realized how quick and easy the process was. In this kit, you will find all the parts you need to replace. I removed the old washers from the enclosures because they had crumbled so badly. As soon as the new ones are in, the leaking has stopped, and I no longer need pliers to switch the main power off and on. The faucet is still old, but works great like a brand new one!.
It's easy to fix Peezy. Extra parts of all shapes and sizes are present, appearing to fit 'em all. The parts to fix three of mine were not available, so I fixed mine myself after a plumber told me they would cost $400. Now that I saved 350 dollars and spent 20 minutes, I feel better about myself.
It has been leaking for a long time from the handle on my Prier angle sill, which was original to the house I bought in 1974. In my attempt to fix it, I found that neither Home Depot nor Ace had the exact washers, screws, or handle for the faucet because it is so old. Although it was temporary, I saw the leak worsened due to what Ace had. Prier offered this repair kit, and I was glad to discover that it was available. This took me less than five minutes and I was able to fix the problem.
It is recommended that you buy In the end, rebuilding turned out to be a pain in the behind. When the old handle broke, the screw attached to the washer end seizes and falls off, which caused the handle to fall Perhaps the product will work fine with younger equipment, but I had a very unpleasant experience with a faucet that was 50 years old.
In my case, I wanted to close my outside water valves from slow leaks and this was able to work out. I also saved over what I would have paid for a service call. There are videos on Google that explain.
Your help is greatly appreciated!.
The bib on the outside of the garden had to be rebuilt. The kit was the perfect fit for the original faucet.
