My Jeep CJ5 was missing its boot so I ordered this one. According to the web page, it is compatible This is not quite true. The opening of the OEM fork is narrower. While trying to slide it on the fork, the rubber at the corner of the small end was ripped On the opposite side from where the bell is housed. My boot fits into the bell housing at the front, but I couldn't get the fork to propel the boot far enough back to get the boot started inside the bell housing. There are slightly narrower grooves in the bell housing and when I tried, I could not get the boot started. I think the OEM fork boot is a little tight on the boot. If you used the replacement forks they sell, maybe it would work? My favourite parts of writing this review are not the product and the price. There are not enough trusted sources to buy it It's impossible for me to find an OEM clutch fork boot now.
A clutch fork boot will not fit inside the bellhousing. It is not possible to insert a fork through the opening. The material is thin and frail. It is useless.
There are five liters and four speeds.
I wanted it to fit perfectly.
For the clutch arm, it is necessary to cut away the rubber. It is possible to rip the rubber if you try to force it without cutting first. It was a job well.
The product is of high quality.
This piece is fit well, but there is a lot of room for improvement on quality.
