This ultrabell is for a GM T400 transmission, not a Mopar.
Mine came with a set of nice fasteners. So, yes, I believe the answer is yes. Instead of a handful of grade 8 bolts, I'd suggest using something like ARP studs.

Confirm whether the top is hitting or if the top is hitting as a result of the bottom hitting and angling it up, causing it to hit. We used a 4" grinder and a cutting wheel for this project. Then a sanding disc with a 60 grit.
I don't like how the bellhousing lines up with the rest of the case; however, the bolts are centered in the holes, so I'm hoping there won't be any alignment issues.
Overall, the product is well-made and of high quality. However, the directions aren't up to par. But, thankfully, the internet stepped in to save the day. lol.
The bell housing is fantastic.
Even if you have a k-type, this thing is a beast. In any case, the upgrade is still worthwhile. It has BOP holes, according to another reviewer. It was well worth the money.
This bell housing is built to last and is SFI certified. It looks great on a TH-style TH-style TH-style TH-style TH- Buick, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac are all included in the 400.
