Yes, they'll work.
I'm not sure, but I used them on a Gen 1 small-block Chevy with a turbo 350 transmission. They work great because they are a 12 pt socket head bolt, which allows you to access the bolt from a variety of angles. I hope this helps, and perhaps you can do some cross-referencing. 1 3/8 thread length on a 3/8 x 16 bolt.
I don't think the 98.5 is correct. The bolt used by 7 vortec is the same as the one used by the motor mount - M4. 2 x 1. 41 x 20 - 11609475 is a General Motors part number. I'm not sure if ARP has anything like that - You could call ARP's customer service line to get the correct part number and see if it's available in 12 point. This is a SAE 3/8" 16 thread, 1-piece kit that you have listed. 3/8" long

No problems with the bolts, and I would buy them again.
I'm looking forward to getting them installed on my SBC 327.
The bolt kit arrived on time and in excellent condition.
These ARP fasteners are no exception to my preference for ARP fasteners. My transmission is really holding on to the motor!.
Great ! Fit and finish are excellent. They're incredibly simple to install at the end of a 36" extension! Well, I'll buy from this company again.
I didn't think it was long enough.
It was difficult to determine what the kit was designed to fit. My truck was 4x4 and one of the bolts holding a bracket from the transfer case needed to be longer.
