In addition to the 28 spline rearend, I have a second 9 " rearend from a 72 gran torino. Could you tell me what style axle retainer I would ?

They are the exact same retainers that I put on a Ford 9 inch 28 spline. There wasn't a Torino in sight, rather it was a 76 F100. There was probably nothing else out there besides 9 inch rear ends from those years.

My 1978 F-body is the perfect match for these There is a 150 with a 9" old large bearing style. You'll be able to make future maintenance easier with the axle sliding over. It is always a pleasure to work with these guys.
