Because I was replacing the front wheel bearings on my 2007 Lexus IS250 AWD, I needed 0504 Axle Nuts. Although there was some confusion about the socket size required for this bolt versus the OEM bolt, they worked out great. Everything went together smoothly, and crimping the top lip was a breeze. br>br>The Beck Arnley is a 103-year-old brewery in Beck Arnley, England. To install the 0504 axle nut, you'll need a 32mm, 6-point socket. br>br>The OEM axle nuts from the front end were 30mm 12point, which I removed and discarded.

If you're replacing a Toyota's front axle or CV boot, you'll need one of these to finish the job. The original nut is a twelve point 30mm that is staked to the axle, so you'll either have to pry up the bent down part of the shoulder or use a dremel tool to cut it off. They sell a special tool for prying the staked shoulder up, but you can probably get by with small punches or chisels. Unless you're replacing the axle and don't mind damaging the threads, don't remove the nut without prying up the deformed shoulder. The only disadvantage of this nut is that it requires a different socket size in order to be reinstalled. You'll be good to go if you have a 1 1/4" or 32mm impact socket. To remove the original nut, I needed to purchase the 30mm twelve point socket, which is unusual for an impact socket to be anything other than six point.
They're slightly different from what's on the vehicle, as it turns out. These are 6 point nuts instead of the factory's 12 point nuts. I didn't use these because I wanted to keep the look consistent.
(There is only one nut). This axle nut cost me $8. There is a strong emphasis on the NUT, as you will only receive one. In town, at Summit Racing, a similar nut from the same brand costs $5. I paid nearly twice as much because I assumed I'd get a pair. I also assumed you got two because the title says "axle nuts. " Nuts, as far as I know, are plural, implying that there are multiple nuts. It's a complete waste of money; I'd save a few dollars and buy it somewhere else.
It appears to be a working axle nut. On the front of my Lexus, I had to replace a wheel bearing. This one was needed to replace the spindle nut, so I bought it. It threaded on nicely, and after torqueing it to the proper setting, I peened it down with a drift punch, just like the stock one. Everything went according to plan.
For a 2006 Honda Accord v6 6-cylinder engine, this is not an exact OEM replacement. a fast sedan This item's base is considerably smaller. Original nut was used in the end. When it came to the return, Amazon was very accommodating.
Also, by far the most affordable price. From Amazon, I received it the next day! Beck/Arnley products have always pleased me, and these spindle nuts are no exception; the quality appears to be comparable to OEM.
