Mine was for a 2002 F250, and it turned out I needed the whole shebang on the driver's side, but other than the model and year differences, I believe you should be fine.

This was a replacement for mine, which had been burned. It worked out well and continues to do so even now.
Excellent seller and product. I only have to return something because of a mistake on the part of the buyer. I ordered these parts thinking the relay was the issue with my car, only to discover that my fuse had blown and required replacement.
Relay was a no-show, as previously stated. I swapped in another relay from a different source, and the windows started working again.
It did exactly what it said it would do.
The product was defective when it arrived and could not be exchanged.
On my 1999 Ford F-150, it fits like a glove. 150 For an aftermarket part, it appears to be of decent quality.
There will be no issues.
