Does the job. I felt that it took a long time to respond or get There is no analog component for this sensor - it is digital instead! After it reaches the temperature(s), it just turns on and then turns It is not a sensor in the sense that you can get a reading from While the light is on at the correct temperature, it takes too long for the assembly to transfer the heat to the sensor (or whatever is inside) so that it will turn on.

The sealer or reseller wanted to sell me the right washer even though one fit and the other didn't . I bought two of these products , both came with the sealing washes. One washer fit and the other didn't. gave me a response that they don't sell it.

Half of it can be snapped off easily

As for the sensor issue, I fixed it. Be careful though not to overtighten it and snap it, because it's a pretty weakly built sensor itself. I've snapped one.

For BMW 325is E30, the water temperature switch is located on the fan

The switch installs like a factory part, and I am satisfied with the fact that the fans come on even at low temperatures. Ensure you use a thermostat set at a lower temperature, or else the fans will run continuously.
