A round hole has been drilled into my dash. It may be easier for you to file it into shape.
You should be able to use it. A wide range of boats can be used with it.
Rather than being built into the switch, the buzzer is separate and hidden behind the dash.
I agree, yes. There is an aux port on When you release, you move 2 clicks to the right, then move 1 click to the right to reach the run position. As far as I'm concerned, it works perfectly My recommendation is to try it out.

Because the OEM switch in my 2003 Larson 210 LXI had threaded holes on the terminals and this one does not, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It would have been simpler to simply drill and tap the terminal of the new switch so that I could continue using loop connectors from the old switch to all the wires that run to it, but I decided against digging and tapping the terminal. I drilled holes in the terminals of the new switch, in place of tapping, because the new ones were too thin for adequate threads to be tapped, so I attached large bolts and lock nuts instead. It occurred to me to cut the wires and install push terminals to match the new switch, however two of them had three wires coming to them and one had two, but the another one had a very heavy gauge wire. If you use this method, make sure you place the heads of the screws inside the socket and mount the wires outside the socket so that there is more than enough clearance between each set of wires to prevent any shorts.
In my 2000 Sea Ray 230, I had a defective ignition switch. I swapped it out in about two minutes after installation. I love it! Having 3 zones in this switch is convenient. Left is the ACC to just power the radio and then turn it off. Right is the CC to crank it up.
I have used this on my Sea Ray 185 with no problems. Be sure to take a good picture of the wiring on your current ignition switch before replacing it. There are four wires involved in this circuit, making it troublesome to get them on the correct terminals. The first time I used them, I had to do a bit of trial and error with them.
There was no difference in quality between the one I pulled out and this one. A fire immediately broke out on board.
Our project involved installing this unit into an old Ford tractor, built in 1947. Water is less likely to enter the switch with the addition of the rubber over the key hole. In addition, it can also be used as a switch for the ignition.
Marina prices are half of what you'd pay at the local one. It is also worth noting that the Sierra switch has threaded terminals, and there is another Sierra switch with standard blade.
This was a direct replacement for the ignition switch my Glastron MX185 previously contained. I dropped right in and was up and running in no time!.
We had a sticky starter switch on our Sea Ray, so I bought this replacement. The two local switches I tested were marginal at best. I came across this one on Amazon, which appeared to be the OEM's Having heard about the good returns policies of Amazon Prime, I decided to give it a try. You might need an adapter switch that has ac- On the off-chance The run-up to This is a starter (4 poles) that you should buy! There is good quality in this product. Because of the screw poles, instead of the blade connector, it was easy to install. As for Amazon Prime, I ordered this switch at 4 PM CST for next day delivery and it shipped the very next business day. Great products, great service! Gadgets
