The manufacturer used this engine in models dating back to 1991, including e-z-go gas and electric txt, medalist, 4- or 6-passenger shuttles, St 400, Woodlands boundary Mav 400, St sport, St sport II, St Express, etc

These include the Workhorse mpt 800 (multipurpose truck), the refresher 1200, 835, the Commander 2200, and two cushmans with 4 seats and six passengers.

Installation was easy and the program works well

Watch the YouTube video from EZ Go, which isn't very detailed but gives you an idea how it works. You have to remove the plastic rivets holding the plate in place and pop them out. probably would have searched for replacements on Amazon for OEM if I had known I would need new ones, but since I only needed them to get the job done, I went to the local auto parts store and grabbed Ford ap14021 part that seemed to fit. that this is a non-factory headlight unit with only two prongs - it does not fit factory lights.
