It will not take as many amps because of its size
It's not certain, but the price is inexpensive enough that I would give it a try just to find out.
I am certain the switch can handle the power that a dash cam requires, as it is an on/off switch. The switch, however, lacks connectors and has wires that are not connected. It will take some wiring for you to do it
Using a 12v system, I installed it. It is unlikely that it will An electrical supply store is likely to have a low voltage switch that will work better.

The antenna on my 96 Corvette constantly goes up and down every time I turn off the power, so I installed the device to stop that. My antenna would rise every time I turned on the power to listen to CDs. In order to prevent excessive wear on the antenna and motor, which are costly to replace, I installed this switch so I can turn it off and the antenna will not rise, and flip it back on again if needed. A bit more wire would have made this product more appealing to me. To get from the battery behind the seat to the console, I had to splice the wires on the product to another wire. There is not much distance between them. In terms of performance, the product does what it should, but the adhesive appears to be weak at placed the product in my console and stuck it so that it hung from the rear part of it. Let's see how long it stays stuck to its original location.
I used to have to unplug my dash cam every time I got in and out of my previous vehicle since it turned off the 12V outlet, but my new one keeps the outlet on, so I have to plug and unplug the adapter every time. Having done this for more than a year, I thought I would try to throw in a little bit of music as well This is the kind of line switch we're talking about. I ran the cables behind the dash panel and out near a flat place next to the radio to make the install as easy as possible. With the switch now easily accessible, I can turn it on and off. In terms of quality, although the switch was very inexpensive, I was nonetheless impressed by the feedback I received from it. All in all, I am satisfied with the purchase, and I would purchase it again if I had the opportunity.
The LED light kit I use for my motorcycle is this one. As I continued to notice that my battery was being drained, I realized that the LED lights remote module was the cause. I can now turn off the power to the LEDs when they are not in use by adding a switch.
It's great to meet you It was not possible to use the beam switch. While I could flash to pass, I could not activate the hi-tech You can have it stay on the beam. The toggle switch (and it is a toggle switch) I installed on the dash to the left of the steering column and now I can control the high beams and turn the car on or off Keep your eyes on the prize. The location of the smart switch is easy to access and is a solution for aftermarket smart switches that fail shortly after installation. It would not work if there was a push button.
It is hard to write a review for a switch, but here it is. That's the way it is. In an appliance, I use mine to toggle a low voltage device. am using adhesive that is stuck on the side of my Size and adhesion seem good - it might be a good product. Since I only have mine on for a day, I haven't worn it yet. Only complaint I have is the length of wire exposed was far too short for what I needed it for. Because the tips were tinned, those would normally be a big plus, but the length of the exposed wire wasn't adequate. Either tin 1/4 inch of the wire or do not expose any wire at all and let the owner strip what they need off. There is no reason to take a star off.
We used this to hook up a backup camera and wanted a switch so the camera could be turned on whenever we wanted, and not just when we placed the car I was able to modify my interior using this method. As for mounting, I used 3M backing so I didn't have to cut into the dashboard. It just sticks on wherever you want it to be. The product comes with two wires and a step by step illustration on the back of the packaging how to hook it up to It is the perfect option for a tenant or for a person who does not wish to modify their interior as they can have the item removed without any knowledge that it existed. It is simply a matter of disconnecting and peeling After adhering it, I did use an alcohol wipe to clean the dashboard. The sticky surface makes it easier for it to stick in warm weather.
Using this technique will keep the drive idle and conserve energy. I keep it on a backup drive on my desk. Due to the older dock not having a switch, I do a backup once a week, so there is no need to run the drive and dock constantly. Then simply stick it on the dock where you can easily access it. The unit is rated for 12 volts, so make sure the power supply you are connecting it to is within the rated range if you are planning to use it in a home or office. There are a lot of small devices that use DC power between 5 and 12 volts. Among them, 100mA to 2A are all that are needed.
I keep the power going when I need it for two of my vehicles when I am not driving them. Two switches were hardwired into my battery, and I installed these two switches. It works great for both of them. Whenever I am ready to start my engine, I need only flip the switch off, and when I turn it off, I need to flip it back on. It does not require any interruptions on my part.
