I'd give less than a star if I could because each time the problem is different. Several times I received and exchanged an item. When the units were delivered, three of them were broken or malfunctioning. The controls for the rear wiper blade on the first unit were broken. The hazard light switch on the second unit was always turned on and couldn't be turned off. The right hand turn signal could not be activated because the arm could not be pushed up. Units have been exchanged. Cancelling and receiving a refund are both options. The units did, however, appear to be very similar to OEM parts.
NOTE: A small spring from the bottom of your old combo switch must be saved. 1AAuto can be found on YouTube. a video that is educational The feel and operation are superior to that of the original equipment. This switch is much more appealing to me. To be extra cautious, I pulled out the supplemental restraint fuse before removing the airbag after disconnecting the battery. The screw and bolt locations, on the other hand, are fairly straightforward. I needed a 2-inch screw. The steering wheel is being pulled by an arm puller. Switch was a perfect match, and it's been running smoothly for about a month now.
Everything was in working order after the installation. Even after all these years, the 2004 Ford Expedition is still going strong.

It didn't work at all, and I ended up wasting my money.
Worked for about 7 or 8 months before ceasing to work in order to turn off the signal while straightening the wheel.
