It's time to say goodbye to the error code, since I can now move the gearshift. Nevertheless, I wish you the very best of luck removing the old one, since it's likely rusted to a crisp. It will be helpful to have a Dremel cutting wheel. You can also spray a penetrant on several times a day for a few days beforehand.

I purchased it to fix my stiff shifter in my 05 Toyota Tacoma. It will be interesting to see how long it will last. I hope it will last as long or even longer than OEM.

My 2005 Tundra is equipped with a transmission neutral safety switch. It appeared to be the same part I took off the OEM unit. Toyota Sequoias from around the same year as mine are also probable candidates for this part.
