Now that I have two, I'm on my third one. My first gear indicator lasted exactly two months before it suddenly stopped working and my vehicle didn't go into gear or just stopped in 3rd. Well, Amazon returned my first one, and I received a new one. If this one fails too I will be very upset. As I still have my OEM one, I will replace it if this fails and I will not have any issues again. I had the OEM one previously, but this time my replacement failed. If this fails, I will go back to my OEM and I will probably never experience this A review of the original This morning I replaced my Park Neutral Switch on my 2004. The problem was caused by Duramax LLY 5 as I kept getting the message "shift range inhibited". A friend told me that it was caused by this. I changed this part on my back on a snowy driveway without lifting the truck in about 15 minutes it was a perfect fit! In reality, the cause of my concern was my ignition switch, which was bad. Fortunately, I saved the old one so now I have a spare.

It has a 6L Duramax engine. An NSBU switch for an Allison 1000, a 2004 Chevy 2500HD, and a 6 volt battery. My truck has been fixed since installing the 6L Duramax. With my original one, if it became wet (rain, puddles, snow, etc. ), it would go crazy and put the truck into limp mode. I swapped it out almost a year ago and have yet to experience any issues Since then, I haven't had any problems. The only complaint I have is that it was the original stylish one, not the updated one, which had.
