Questions & Answers

How about the pigtail that comes with it?

Not at all. There was a second one too, which I found separately. This pigtail has a lot of poor connections, so my ignition and charging problems may be attributed to it.

The maximum voltage that can be accessed by this regulator is what?

The maximum voltage I can see in here is 12 volts and 14 volts maximum. At the alternator, 2 wires are out

Can anyone tell me if this has been successfully utilized to bypass the PCM on their 6BT ?

The PCM in my Jeep Cherokee had failed, so I used the tool to fix it. For the engine light to be off, I also needed a "field replacement module" that I found online. I was able to wire it all up correctly once I had it set up. Here is a translation that may be helpful.

Could you please tell me if this regulator can be adjusted?

An epoxy is used to encapsulate the circuitry. The adjustment was not made

This is excellent
5/5

In my 1999 Dodge Ram, I was having problems with voltage fluctuation, so I purchased a voltage regulator kit off of eBay to replace the external regulator that the previous owner had installed. Upon installation, my alternator did not start, so I installed the original regulator again, and still nothing appeared to work. I then replaced the alternator with a brand new one, and this also didn't work. I got this cheap regulator on a whim, as a last resort before going to a mechanic, and it works perfectly! Upon further investigation, it turned out that I fried both the old regulators because when I reused the original wiring, the 12v hot made contact with the right instead of the top post*

But I started fresh with this regulator and it works perfectly! During the run, the truck is going 14 mph. The voltage is 72 volts.

I have updated Almost exactly one year after installation, the software has stopped working. Again, I went to the junkyard and bought a computer that had an integrated regulator. This regulator has only 6000 miles on it. br>Native Language br>Original The voltage regulator in my Dodge Grand Caravan works very well. Video tutorials, blogs, and articles can all be found around the web. The device has only been in my possession for about six weeks.

The lifespan of the organism is short
3/5

I had no problems for the first 500 miles. On my way back from a few long trips the next day, I was surprised to see my voltage gauge moving with the RPMs of the truck. There is a factory one that is leaking now because the one I just bought was still working, but it looked like it was about to die. This one was a cheap one, but I am still disappointed and will not buy it.

Don't let this happen to you

Spend a few more dollars. A total waste of time. Sand is packed in the case! On the back side of the device, the sealant was cracked, exposing sand. In reality, the electronics can fit on a dime. I could see the wires as if they.

I am seeing fluctuations in voltage at the moment but it appears to be stable
3/5

My voltage fluctuates a lot and I am still trying to determine whether it is a regulator or not, so I cannot say for sure how well it works. The alternator on my car has just been repaired by Nippondenso.

Regulator for conversion 318 and 319
4/5

Using this converter to convert my 94 Dodge 318ci to an isolated regulator circuit instead of PCM control, I have a dependable, reliable engine. You should keep it out of damp areas. Using a harness doesn't completely keep the moisture out of your clothing, so try to put it by your PCM for best results.
