It would be the replacement for a faulty F & R assembly if it is a PDS model On the dash you already have an R switch

Does this switch have an OEM part number or is it an aftermarket part?

The E- note is here The OEM PDS Forward and Reverse Switch by GO is a genuine OEM part, and it is NOT an aftermarket part

Is there a voltage rating on the switch?

There are 6 ea 6 volt batteries in our 36 volt battery, so that's 6 batteries in total.

Do you think this will work with a 97 EZGO TXT with a forward reverse switch under the ?

There is a forward and reverse switch on the dash and the motor is controlled by a PDS type remote. I don't know whether they are the same I have a 2001 TXT.
