Is the thin plastic plate that holds the part in place also included in this part?

After 4 years, it still works. It came with everything I needed to replace my old one. While it looks a little different than the factory one, I did not notice any difference when I tested it.

A bad replacement part

I bought this one to replace the one in my Bronco that wouldn't register when the clutch was pressed for starting. Despite that, I am experiencing the same issues as before, only they are more serious this time around. In order for the clutch rod to engage, the clutch clip has to push in a piece of plastic that is very cheap. This is not something I would recommend buying.

Almost all the parts to do with starting were replaced and this one did not disappoint. It is a bit different from the OEM part, but very This little device frustrated me. I could not figure out how to jumper it or bypass it In order to start the engine, the clutch must be pressed - A truck that's in gear, how could an idiot do that? Everything now appears to be fine.

The new unit appears much lighter compared to the old one - good replacement part The replacement case is less heavy-duty (mostly plastic) than the original, but it works just fine
