There is an error of 145. Compressors will be automatically turned off when air pressure reaches 145 in the tank. The air horns will work just fine at 145 or 150 if you use it for this purpose.

A copy of the receipt from Viair is required for any part warranty. You can contact them and explain your issue to them. You will be able to troubleshoot the issue with them. *br>Viair will request your receipt if you do not resolve the issue within your warranty period, and you are still within your warranty period. After that has been received, they will be able to set up a replacement unit under their warranty process.
In carb installations you will need a fuel pressure switch to be wired into a 12v relay wired to neg. or to pos. This will turn on or off the water pump depending on the psi. There is only one 12v switch listed here, and it is for 110v The air pressure should be 150

Three pressure switches later, I'm going to stop. The compressor is mounted in the pick-up box and protected from the elements using the The last failure was caused by overflowing water as a result of washing out the box. A customer service representative informed us that moisture will lead to a failure of these switches. Their point of view is correct. The last one, the third one, have been working fine for more than a year now after I sealed both cases with silicon RTV sealant. My next purchase will be a different brand and style if the first one fails. Suitable for installation on top of a vehicle, but not under it. I would rate this switch as junk due to the popularity of Viair compressors.
