I found these to be the perfect fit for my Nissan Rogue 2010. It lined up perfectly with the holes in the door because the holes on the adapter were identical. My Rockford Fosgate R1675X2 6 matched perfectly to the R1675X2's holes. From 75 to The adapter is included with the two inch speakers. I had to make some changes to the document. Despite the fact that the speakers came with long screws, they were ineffective. In the hardware store I found #8 x 1/2 screws that worked great for my I removed the tabs on the inner rim of the adapter (which were supposed to come with a small speaker) and used a small grove on the base of the adapter to run the speaker wire back to the amplifier. In total, it took about half an hour to replace one speaker.
The new speakers were installed in my 2016 Sentra with this tool. The fitting was great, and the use of it was very easy. It does not need to be modified. In order to stop rattling, I added weather stripping around the adapters. The factory mounts are a little expensive, but they must be used.
My daughter is using these on her 2017 Nissan Versa. speaker fit in the vehicle, but was unable to be installed as the tabs on the inside needed to be removed.
They were used by me to install a set of Sundown SA65CS V3 units. I truly liked the way they worked and how sturdy they were. You should break off all the tabs in the speaker before you slide it in, if it's a larger 6". It is recommended to avoid larger speakers with 75" diameters, as the adapters will be affected by the larger speakers and may warp. The only thing that would make them 5 stars is if the were a little thicker and had a little.
There are three of them on the back You should also get a set of Nissan speaker adapters so you won't have to cut or solder anything.
This item is vital for replacement of the rear door speaker. If you must cut and notch, that will depend on how the fit and wire replacement will be. I am positive you could cut out the old Bose and screw it together, glue it, adapt it, but then they would.
I have had no problems since I installed it 1 month ago and it is easy to use.
In my 2018 Nissan Rouge, these speaker adapters worked like a charm. I only had to adjust the bracket slightly since the speakers I purchased weren't exactly fit for the bracket. It would have been more difficult to make the modifications to the car door if I did not have the bracket.
