The product is not of good quality and does not work properly

In its current form, this product does not satisfy its intended purpose. There is only a few minutes of operation to keep the air conditioner running, then a pause for ten minutes and then it will restart.

Suppose that there is no clutch relay in the air conditioner

I don't think it's bad, it appears to be It worked perfectly after I changed out the relay on my 01 Dodge intrepid, and the check engine light is completely.
