Do you think this would work on the 2003 Toyota ?

The 2003 4Runner V8 was the vehicle I used it on.

Do you know if this will work on ?

This fixed the problem of my 2003 Toyota 4Runner's blinking AC light, which i had experienced before.

Could this item be used on a Toyota Tundra 2008?

Finding the correct part was as simple as using the same part number as on the original.

The fuse appeared on several sites to be the same size and shape as mine, but it's not the right shape or size. Am I doing something wrong? What a waste of time. ?

To find the right part, I used the same part number that was on the original.

A costly "repair" did not have to be done
5/5

Since I have been given outrageous repair quotes in the past, I have learned to look online before making major decisions on car repairs. My $700 was saved with this little gem of a relay. That was the quote we heard in the deep south to get cool air. There was a little voice saying, "Google it. ". Sure enough, running the AC normally is achieved by replacing this inexpensive part. You can easily find reliable repair shops on YouTube and Amazon these days, and you don't have to be For the same price as a trip to the auto parts store, I was able to have the part shipped to my doorstep using Prime. Despite its "costly" nature, this repair took less than two minutes to complete. As a user of Amazon, I appreciate their ease and efficiency in managing such things. It was worth every penny for me to be a Prime Member for this purchase. To get cold air conditioning on my car, I did not have to leave it at a repair shop!.

The air conditioning on my Toyota 4Runner '03 has been repaired
5/5

I had a '03 Toyota 4RUNNER that just blew hot air and the AC light kept blinking. When I did a little research online I discovered that this was a common problem in 4Runners, and that it was very simple to As it turned out, I only had to replace a relay and everything was fixed! Since then, the air conditioning unit has been blowing cold air again and the light has stopped blinking.

I saved about a hundred dollars that way! After my Toyota Camry A/C was acting up for a year and a half, I bought this doohicky
5/5

Initial start of the air conditioner would result in the A/C light However, there was no cooling with the air blowing. Since I know next to nothing about car mechanics (except how to change a tire and jump start), so I called the service department at the Toyota dealer who (if I recall correctly) said they'd charge me $150 just to run a diagnostic on the car. I searched Google for solutions and tried changing the cabin air filter as suggested by one forum, and I changed a few fuses as suggested by another forum. I was not able to solve my problem with that. I came to the conclusion that this relay part needed to be replaced. Toyota believed that this part would cost close to $90 (plus labor costs), but the local auto parts store catalog stated that it would cost $65, but the part would take several weeks to arrive. Amazon sold auto parts at the time, but it never occurred to me to buy them. I was a little suspicious of the difference in price since I ordered this for less than $13 on Amazon at that time. Finally, I can report that 18 months later, my car is still functioning properly. The air conditioner is also working well Just by doing a little research on the internet, you can learn so much! Please consult P. You can do this on your own even if you are squeamish about car mechanics. While it is a little hard to remove (it is very tightly wedged in place), it should be no problem to use a little force to pull it out. You can replace a new fuse right away. Despite even chipping one of my nails, I did this!.

Getting you back on track quick
5/5

For those of you who have an early 2000s Toyota and your AC is cutting in and out and the light is flickering, you can fix it very easily and it's cost effective.

It was also me who was affected by the Toyota
5/5

It was me, too, who was struck by the blinking AC light on a Toyota Camry. Toyota Camry XLE 2004 is the car I have. In order to ensure that it was a relay issue, I swapped my AC relay with the horn relay and found that no sound was coming out of the horn, but the AC did work. The new relay replaced a relay that was damaged and I ordered it after confirming that the relay was the problem. I tried again, and the horn worked. I haven't encountered a single issue. I honk whenever I pass.

There may be a way to fix it if you have a flashing A/C light on your button and no cold air coming out of the vents
5/5

Starting with my 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a certified air conditioning To ensure that I have a basic understanding of A/C systems, that is all I am saying. The problem (flashing A/C dash light) happened to my 2002 Camry as well. It was flashing on the switch for the A/C unit, but there was no air conditioning. Considering how well it functions, I thought that the core air conditioning system was fine. A few months earlier, I had just added a top-up charge after I had done someone else's air conditioning Even though it was running fine, they lost a small amount of refrigerant after 11 years (It's almost normal) and didn't want to waste refrigerant (the pressure gauge tells you when it's running low). Anyhow, I'll let you know what I think. Because I was pretty sure there was nothing else wrong with the A/C system, I assumed it was an electrical issue and googled the problem (yes, even mechanics don't know everything). According to them, it could be fixed if the A/C cabin filter is changed. You don't have to worry about that if your A/C light flashes but no air is coming out, then most likely you need to change the relay. If the relay is removed and smacked on the floor, sometimes you may get a few more months of service from it (temporary fix). From Toyota, I calculated the relay price to be TOO high. There could be a fake chinese version of this- This is all beyond my comprehension- I ordered it however, because the price is right. It is a matter of finding the old one and replacing it once you receive it. I don't think that's the one you're looking for! Under the hood is the under hood fuse box, located on the driver's side. This particular model has a black cover that pops up and off when you push the latch just right (examine the latch to figure out where to place the latch, and do not use force, unlatch the latch and the cover will pop up). There is now a relay you need to locate. Often, the lid of the fuse box has a diagram molded into it. As an alternative, if you have the owners manual you can find out I had to pull the wiring out of two other relays to get to the A/C relay as mine was located between them. The people will be in there tight if you pull straight up and hard. It is important to protect the relays from being crasked or crushed by a rag, tape, or anything else you are using to handle the tools. You should examine how the prongs fit into the box so that you can bend the prongs if necessary to put them back in properly. prefer to smear dielectric grease on the prongs before reinsertion, which is a good idea but not really necessary. ) Put the new relay in place of the old one and remove the old If there are other relays, they need to be reinstalled. As you start the car and test the A/C, you should see the flashing light no longer appear and feel cold air coming out of the vents. Check that the fuse box cover is locked properly and replace it. Close the hood if all is well. In the event the relay doesn't fix the problem, you might have other problems with your air conditioning. *If the flashing from the A/C switch doesn't stop within a short period of time. Do not give up on it until it has run for some time. Replace the battery cable only as a last resort after removing the battery cable for several minutes (engine off). By doing this, you will clear the memory on the computer. That might fix it, although it is a long shot.
