Our OEM products are made in the USA. It has been using the Stabilus brand struts since 1997, and mine lasted until just last week. Hopefully these are at least as long as the last. Also, they are the correct length for the e36 sedan and the hood will be able to open completely with them, in contrast to some That's what I've tried on my other e36 sedan as well.

Buy these, you won't be disappointed -- they are the same as OEM parts, but without the BMW name and price. They are identical to stock length, and you won't need to fiddle with hood clips like some reviewers state when using aftermarket hood struts.
