My Homelite model UT13220 was fixed as a result of this. This rectifier was identical to the previous one. A source of heat is required. silicone grease should be sunk between the rectifier and the heat-generating element. Heat can be dissipated more effectively by using a sink. If there isn't enough original, you may want to add some to ensure that the rectifier lasts as long as possible.

Please continue to read. I placed an order for a friend who owns an electric lawn mower. It worked perfectly. The fit and performance are perfect. At the price, I ordered a second one to keep on hand, as it appears that this is the most common cause of electric mower failure. Many people dispose of their electric lawn mowers in the trash. They are unaware that this part can be easily replaced for a few dollars. This is something I wish everyone who owns an electric lawnmower was aware of. Please share this information with anyone you know who owns an electric lawn mower. Please don't take advantage of people who forget to dispose of their lawn mowers. They probably can't afford landscapers, and they certainly can't afford to keep replacing mowers if they mow their own lawns. Do what's right! If you see an electric mower out picking up trash, knock on the door and tell them about it! Be part of the solution, not part of the problem (a cruel, selfish, and dishonest world).
