Each pack includes a Heim Joint Rod End Kit with one right hand thread and one left hand thread Heim set, as well as zinc coated jam nut spacers for added durability and 1. 25"x. Adapter for a 095" wall tube with a 1" ID tube.

Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use a Mig welder to weld the tubeadapters, or do I need to use a Tig welder?

You can mig them, but I used a tig and recommend that you do as well, because the chromoly must be heated before welding.

What are the squeakiness levels of these joints?

They aren't kept in good working order. At least once a month, I apply tri flow lube.

Is it possible to order these with spacers that are 14mm through?

The 5/8" hole spacers are the only ones we have.

What is the joint's overall width, including spacers? If the spacers are used, the bolt diameter should be 5/8" (not 3/4), correct?

The quality is excellent, and the strength is exceptional. They come with additional hardware to help you install them, and they also look great. You can use them for anything; I made an anti-theft device with them. traction bar and wrap bar They function well and look fantastic. This is for a jeep cherokee xj that was manufactured in 2000.

25 . Tube is 120" in length. I probably didn't read the reviews until after I bought them, but the bungs that came with them fit perfectly and didn't require any tube reaming. Slip-on style. They also come with a misalignment spacer, which I like.

I welded in my heims for tie rod and drag link ends because they were of good quality. 5x. dom with 25 walls The only issue I had was that one of the welds in the bung was broken. It was necessary to grind down 04 because it was too large. I suppose the bung quality control is a little off one out of four times, but it wasn't a big deal.

Will not fit 250”x. Tube with a diameter of 120 mm. Although the product is excellent, the description is incorrect. The number of inserts is 1. od: 040" It isn't going to fit in 1. 250”x. Tube with a diameter of 120 mm. It’s . 040 is an excessively large number. It'll be fine. With some slop, 093 wall.
