Does the rod kit on this site work for the rear struts of a 2000 Honda ?

In this case, it is the strut that absorbs the load. The shock absorber will be visible at the top of the coil spring inside the shock absorber itself when it is removed from the vehicle. Take a look at the images on the 2000 accord v6 rear strut schematic to get a better idea.
