Measuring the bushing size is recommended But, while the Shackles fit my 1969 Mercury Cougar perfectly, they do not fully cover the bumper It's designed for a 1968 Cougar, not a 1969

Bushings for shackles come in sizes 1 and 2 The diameter of the circle is 1/3 inch. I need bushings for my Cougar of 1 in. One needs to be present for some applications, I'm certain About 1/3 of the bushings are in place. that you measure the bushings of the springs and if they are only one inch long, these bushings will not work.
