Product Description

Using the Problem Solver grease hose kit, the grease fitting is relocated to the sway bar frame bracket on the idler arm.

Regular maintenance can now be performed from the wheel well, since the zerk can now be accessed.

What if I use this on my 2016 GMC 2500HD? The description says it's for models up to 2015. Is there anything that could differ?

It's hard for me to tell what the years have been. My GMC has one on both its 12 and 09 models. I've had no problems with it.

What do you think about getting drenched in dirty grease all the way I don't have a problem It's no good to keep fighting that nasty battle about getting grease on your idler arm

Just to see it, you have to remove the skid plate. I greased my own car after I discovered that my fast service oil change outfit would not grease anything other than the simple ones. Since I'm familiar with this process, I'm able to tell you a bit about it. This needs to be installed, so stop removing the skid plate. This is going to wear you out both physically and mentally. Since it is a Moog, I know I will be able to grease it from the wheel well, knowing it will last for a very long time.

There's no need to climb behind the frame to grease the idler arm bracket when the grease gun works. All Zerk fittings have caps to keep them clean, but this one may be more exposed to dirt and water, as it ends up in a location where there is a lot of moisture.

It was easier to add grease to an idler bracket assembly with this remote grease hose kit. There is no need for me to take down the rock guard any longer A mounting bracket is now attached to the sway bar mount on the passenger side. Installation is very easy, and the program works great!.

Fits like a glove. This is an easy to install product. You do not need to tighten the 90-degree adapter too much when replacing the original one. An alignment was achieved for a perfect sweep towards the end of the hose due to the zero fitting on the end of the.

There must be a reason why these don't come from the factory the way this does! With the idler arm bracket greased, I can now easily move it

It worked well as an advertisement. Lubrication is made easier when it is applied this way. The timing of this discovery 19 years ago would have been perfect.
