If you use it, it holds the grease line in place. Despite having a 3/4 ton, I didn't require it.

There's no better way to fly than AC Delco Professional. In the Professional line, the idler mount, arm, and pitman arm cost just about $60 more than the same parts in ACDelco Advantage, but the professional parts are much more durable. A GMT 800 truck driver works for them. It is strongly recommended that trucks/SUV's use the OTC 6496 Close Quarters Pitman Arm Puller, given that the frame is so big You might be surprised at how much you're going to save with that puller. As well as preventing tire wear issues with the old idler and pitman arms, this made a huge difference in the ride quality of my truck at highway speeds. In order to use Mystik JT-, I did the following I hope you like them. Temperature of lithium - To lubricate them, there is complex grease, and all the ball joints and tie rods are greased. They list it as chassis grease, but it doesn't contain any descriptions for wheel bearings (the manufacturer does list it as high temperature grease for wheel bearings).
When I tried Proforged and Moog (which were the same thing, as far as I can tell), the idler arm rotation on them was so stiff it slowed down my power steering. It took me all of my 200 pounds to lift that weight. As soon as I mount the idler arm to this, I can rotate the arm, so that I can position it for installation. I do not agree with that There is no logic to this. Rotating the steering gear box shouldn't be too much more difficult than turning the wheel Those were returned, and I tried this instead, and also tried the ACDelco idler arm for good measure. The power steering is back in my hands In addition, I made sure my pump was working. As for the new parts, I am not about to use a reman if I do not need to.
Despite the fact that I trust AC Delco, this unit felt just as loose as the one I removed. It seems like steering corrections are still required too often even after I replaced the steering parts with AC Delco. It is true that the Tahoe has a short wide wheel base, but it is also a characteristic of SUV's, and that is too much "fun" to spend that much on.
Having rebuilt the front suspension of my nearly 20 year old truck with 190k miles, my truck now drives like a new one. It is as enjoyable as ever to drive this truck with a new set of Cooper Tires. The process of fixing a few things is in progress for me to do a cross-country month-long towing of my 20' travel trailer throughout the west.
This part seems to be a solid, well made part that should last for a long time After buying a front end kit from Detroit diesel with less than five thousand miles on it, I realized it was a costly mistake. Instead of wasting time and money by purchasing aftermarket parts the first time, I should have bought OEM quality to avoid having to purchase these parts twice! I learned a valuable lesson!.
I replaced this part on my 2005 Silverado 1500 with no problem at all, and it fitted perfectly in place of the original one. Moreover, the price is too good to be true.
I have bought cheaper but not better parts. I have bought cheap but not better parts. It will last a long time because it is heavy, strong, and durable. This is the wheel I used on my 2003 Silverado with the 6".
