The core charge was not refunded, and customer service was poor. There is nothing useful about this item. I found the new unit to be worse than my original. As I climbed a dark and winding mountain road in complete darkness, it got darker and darker.

A remanufactured or rebuilt part does not appear in the documents. The unit only worked for a short time after it was purchased. How are you able to advertise for 26 days?.
