There are two Skyjacker Hydro Shocks in front and two in the rear

The 84-01 Cherokee XJ 4WD/2WD does not support this conversion

The front lift is 0-3" the rear lift is 1-3".

A total length of 22 inches is specified on the front. The collapsed length is 13 3 3.

The extended length of the rear is 22 inches. The compressed length is 13 the expanded length is 71

It took a month for them to blow

I literally blew the rear of my car within 1 month of owning it. After only one month of pavement driving, I was able to do it. In the end, I was not going to spend any money on another set of shocks, so I ran them in the rear anyway. At this point the bushings in the back are literally disintegrating. The torque settings are incorrect even with the correct torque setting. I have never had a pair of shocks better than these. These are the things I wish I could give In a heartbeat, I would rate it 5 stars. I would not recommend that you purchase these shocks.

A little assembly required, and it's a pain in the posterior to install the plastic bushings and metal tabs. As soon as you complete that task, the products work well.

My 99 Jeep Cherokee XJ was in need of new shocks and this replacement kit was the perfect replacement for them. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that I was not provided with red plastic protector sleeves.

Shocks on the front do not have metal tabs or bushings

I did not get any of the bottom bushings or metal tabs for the front ones, so I am not sure what.
