Is this the correct part for my 1994 Ford F350 Diesel?

This is a part for a Ford F150. The suspension on the F350 is different. This is not supposed to happen.

Are the bushings made of polyurethane?

They're made of polyurethane and are extremely difficult to put together. Once the stack of bushings and washers is installed on the arm, the threaded end of the radius arm on the truck is not long enough to begin threading the nut back on. The giant nut can't be started because there aren't enough threads sticking out.

Is that applicable to both parties?

Yes, there is a kit for both sides.

It shaved well and could be used in place of the stock rubber ones

My 1988 Ford F150 had no problems with these bushings. The rear bushing had to be shaved down to accommodate the washer and nut, but otherwise it's a good product. Due to the fact that this is Polly. It shaved well and could be used in place of the stock rubber ones. Pivot bushings were also something I tackled. It didn't matter if it was a week's worth of chour.

Now that I've installed these, I've got a really good front end

Now that I've installed these, the front end is really solid, but compressing these mothers is proving to be difficult. You won't be able to hear yourself if you strip the radius arm nut.
