I've finally gotten around to putting these in place. br>Warning: if you try this job on your own, LUBE the F* If you don't get out of the bolts first, you'll be sorry! br>br>One of them became stuck, and it required the use of a reciprocating saw to free it. br>br>In terms of quality, these lateral links are nearly identical to the stock ones in all critical dimensions, the rubber is nearly identical, but the outer "ring" part is slightly smaller than the stock ones. br>br>As far as functionality goes, the alignment shop said they were able to get the car back in perfect alignment, so these are ideal.
My bushings were dead, so I had to replace them on my 2006 Mazda 6s V6 automatic transmission. It was relatively simple to access and replace them. br>br>Because they are a little thinner than OEM, measure the distance between center to center bushing and try to get the same as OEM to avoid throwing off your alignment (which you will need anyway). br>br>They can be worn on either the right or left side, but it's best to change both sides at the same time. If you don't torque the bolt when the bushing is loaded, it won't last long. br>br>So far, everything has gone well. Approximately 700 kilometers We'll have to wait and see how long they can last.
